Having a good morning routine so that we can start the day with momentum and come back home celebrating at the end of our day. Everyone should have their own ideal routine. What’s my morning routine? Mostly I do this every day, but can't always do all of these, so here are some ideas for your reference.

I usually do a bodyweight training exercise or go for a run (5K) in the morning to gets my heart rate moving up. Research suggests that morning exercise improves sleep, and also helps with weight loss. And the best time to do it is at 7am.
After exercising, I will go take cold shower. This cold therapy helps to reset my nervous system and to wake up my body, inducing a higher level of alertness that keep me ready and focused throughout the day.
My morning breakfast is pretty simple. Fruits, bread and soy milk. Sometimes I go with rice, miso soup and fried egg. As simple as that. :)
During exercise or on the way to work, I usually listen to podcasts or audiobooks to get inspired. To get started, I would recommend podcast by Jim Kwik as he helps us to improve our memory, learn to speed-read, increase our decision-making skills, and unleash our superbrains.
By cycling to work, I get the benefit of exercising in the morning. Also it is less traffic compare to go to work by car and save me money on train tickets.
